**WSC Lighting Systems (Wharton Sales Co Ltd)** is looking for a **Distributor Sales Representative** for the **London/Windsor** area. As a Sales Representative, you will promote our products and services to customers through a relationship-based approach. You will demonstrate products to the customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

**Duties include**:

- _Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business_
- _Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers_
- _Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints_
- _Creating and managing a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities_
- _Identifying advantages and comparing organization’s products/services_
- _Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory_
- _Supplying management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services_
- _Participating in trade shows and conventions_

**Required Skills**:

- _Must possess 3 years’ experience in sales_
- _Experience in the construction sector an asset_
- _Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)_
- _Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment_
- _Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Valid Ontario driver’s license_

Salary to be negotiated based on level of experience.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
