**Content Marketing & Social Media Manager**

**Objective**:
To elevate brand visibility and engagement through strategic social media content and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality, engaging posts that resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Strategy & Social Media Management**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of posts aligned with seasonal trends, company events, and campaign goals.

2. **Collaborate with Creative Teams**
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality, on-brand video and image content for social media.
- Brainstorm and guide the creative team in producing compelling visuals and videos that align with brand messaging and resonate with our audience.

3. **Content Creation & Curation**
- Write, curate, and edit engaging captions and written content for posts, stories, and ads, tailored to each platform's style and audience.
- Research industry trends and best practices to ensure fresh, innovative content ideas that keep the brand relevant and engaging.

4. **Landing Page Development & Content Updates**
- Create and maintain landing pages for campaigns, product launches, or promotional events, optimizing for SEO and lead conversion.
- Regularly update website content, including blog posts, to keep information current, valuable, and aligned with our content strategy.

5. **Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, website traffic, and engagement to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Use insights to refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform nuances, and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS platforms, social media scheduling tools).
- Excellent written communication skills and creativity in crafting engaging content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools.
- Experience in the service industry, with a focus on creating content that speaks to customer needs.
This role is ideal for someone skilled at balancing creativity and strategic insight, ensuring every piece of content not only looks great but also serves to strengthen our brand and drive measurable results.

Pay: $41,000.00 per year
