What You'll Be Doing

Kindly note, as this role supports both Canadian and non-Canadian markets, you may be required to work some statutory holidays.

How You’ll Succeed
- Exchange traded Futures and Options product knowledge - Proficiency with the structure of transactions from both a theoretical and practical viewpoint. You have knowledge across multiple futures and options functions, and the end-to-end understanding of trade lifecycle events. You are aware of Canadian and international regulatory obligations.
- Analytical skills - Ability to use effective communication skills necessary to analyze data, interpret results, identify process gaps and recommend improvements to resolve issues/concerns.
- Relationship building - Work directly with Front Office, Finance, Technology, Operations and other stakeholders to perform the daily activity while providing a smooth and seamless client experience. Effectively manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Provide guidance to junior team members to ensure overall team competency remains at a high level through cross training of relevant skills and industry knowledge.
- Project coordination - Remain project oriented with the ability to multi-task multiple priorities.
