We are looking for a** DocuSign Consultant **to join our **DocuSign Delivery **team
- Lead implementations in the DocuSign space including the management of the client, our delivery team, timeline, budget, etc.
- Develop leveraging the DocuSign technology suite including CLM, DocuSign eSignature, Seal, and others
- Manage and mentor others on the Spaulding Ridge team
- Support sales cycles and help scope future projects in the DocuSign practice
- Collaborate with team members to design, build and implement technology solutions (such as DocuSign CLM, eSign, Intellidox) that align with client business objectives
- Work with potential customers to gather, refine and document business requirements
- Logically produce artifacts such as business process flows and user stories; ability to conceptualize process improvements for a future state
- Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using agile implementation methodologies
- Develop and deliver end user training for potential clients to assist with the adoption of the solution
- Demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives

**Qualifications**
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience consulting / leading implementation / solution architecture development / business analyst teams in DocuSign or Software/Software-as-a-Service organization
