**What we're looking for**

Our client is looking for two (2) Senior Change Management Consultants to support their team to analyze existing processes and new processes coming out from business process mapping work, develop plans and strategies to best implement the newly designed process and procedures.

**A day in the life**
- Designing pathways aimed at improving organizational efficiency through system-centered change
- Integrating existing mapped procedures to develop evaluation framework for an organization's development or change management plan
- Analyze, document, recommend and identify opportunities for alignment within the current accounting practises and procedures to facilitate and streamline financial processing, analysis and reporting processes within the department
- Identifying change management tools and risks
- Presentation to senior management about the impact of the change management plan that provides a compelling picture of the risks and benefits of the plan, projects and processes on the organization
- Coordinate, support and work with operational business areas to meet ongoing accounting and financial transition project needs
- Support the project activities through the provision of coaching and guidance to designated employees and oversight of project implementation
- Provide any other related Change Management, analysis and Documentation services necessary in support of operational pressures as required
- Transfer Knowledge to Government of Canada staff when required
- Provide advice, guidance and expertise on change management activity when required with respect to business process reviews and analysis
- Provide bi-weekly status reports to management

**What you'll bring to the table**
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years working on Financial Management business transformation projects within federal department, federal agency, crown corporation, provincial or territorial government
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years developing change management plans and strategies, communications materials, and presentations within federal department, federal agency, crown corporation or territorial
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years evaluating the impact of business transformation and changes in Large-Scale Organizations* within federal department, federal agency, crown corporation, provincial or territorial government
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years developing new business policies and procedures to support business changes and transformation within federal department, federal agency, crown corporation, provincial or territorial government
- Large-Scale Organization is defined as an organization with 3000 or more employees.
