**What are we looking for on your CV?**
- Minimum of 1-2 years full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, business or other related discipline preferred.
- CPHR designation or working towards designation preferred.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.) required.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Fluent in using social media and posting sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
- Strong relationship builder, able to work with schools.
- Experience and ability to work with HRIS & ATS software (e.g., UKG, LinkedIn) is an asset.
- Data analysis and research skills
