- This is not a job for someone who is afraid to sell high ticket items. We have programs in place to help make our pricing as competitive as possible, but we are far from the cheapest option when it comes to painting.
- If you are afraid of closing or afraid of handling objections, this is not the job for you.
- If you believe that "some leads are bad leads" or that people make their decisions based on the price of the service, this is not the job for you.
- You'll be pushed to become the best version of yourself. You are your only limitation, and your willingness to improve will be your only ceiling.
**You will be challenged in many ways**. Once you've got a hang of the job, it gets easier.
The job entails that you achieve results more than you following specific rules to get there. We do have a documented Sales Process, and have Production Rates to help with accurate estimating of projects; however, there is a lot of nuance in painting estimating and there will be a level of judgment involved.

**A Little About the Job**:
**On the spot Project Estimation**
- 90% of your time is spent doing estimates on the road
- 10% of your time is spent on administrative tasks, team building and trainings
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, budget, and timelines.
- Build detailed estimates to hand off to the Production Team.
- Present Project Estimates on the spot at the scheduled appointment with the customer to maintain a fast paced sales velocity.
**Follow Up**
- Continue to follow up with customers until a decision has been made.
- Follow up with past customers and past leads to increase sales.
**Invoicing and Payment Collection**
- Manage invoices for project down payment
**Technology and Data Entry**
- Work with various platforms and systems, keeping all information up to date and accurate.
