**6-month Contract
- Recruiting Specialist**

**Summary Description of this Position**:

- Partner directly with hiring managers to identify top talent
- Explore unique sourcing opportunities and ways to connect with top talent

**Qualifications**:
**We Believe You Will Excel in this Role if You Have**:

- Previous Recruitment experience ideal, but not required. We will train people with event or promotions agency experience, retail sales, service industry, customer service or outside sales experience
- A love for networking, social media, and creative recruitment methods
- A knack for match making (we set people up with the jobs of their lives) and a curious personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team-oriented working style and someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment
