We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Winnipeg team. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, the Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent specifically for the logistics and supply chain functions. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, the ability to identify excellent candidates, and a commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for logistics and supply chain roles.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific forums, to identify potential candidates.
Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and community engagement.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers, focusing on logistics and supply chain competencies.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate timely updates to candidates and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Promote Frontier as an employer of choice in the logistics and supply chain industry through various channels.
Participate in job fairs, industry conferences, and community events to enhance company visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the logistics and supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
