At Vicwest we are "Building for Tomorrow", We are currently looking for a **Quote Coordinator** for our **Burlington Office**.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canada’s best known building materials suppliers as it embarks on a significant growth journey through new product launches & market penetration. As part of the Kingspan Group, Vicwest has an ambitious sustainability program revolving around the impact of building materials on the environment.

**Position Summary**:
As a key member of the Project Services team, the Quote Coordinator reports directly into the Quote Supervisor and is responsible to produce technical quotes, coordinating with internal stakeholders for pricing accuracy, and communicating technical knowledge and detailed product specifications to meet customer needs across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Process high volume technical quotes daily, by checking for correct price, profile, description, quantity, and credit terms.

2. Perform accurate data entry in a timely manner.

3. Ongoing collaboration with the internal sales, project management and manufacturing teams on matters dealing with quotations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingualism (French) an asset
- Post-secondary education required
- 1-3 years of manufacturing industry experience
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize
- Intermediary level Microsoft Office suite and SAP user experience
- High attention to details and mathematical (numeracy) accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Open to learn, adaptable and collaborative
