Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Marketing Coordinator on a permanent basis for our Marketing team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based out of Saskatoon, SK.

Do you want to help bring major brand campaigns and digital projects to life across Western Canada? Our Marketing department is looking for a coordinator to assist with the management and delivery of projects that will grow the Co-op brand and enhance the customer experience of over two million Co-op members. You will be a key player in establishing and maintaining project timelines, coordinating workflows, ensuring client’s expectations are met, procuring all inputs needed, and communicating statuses to internal and external stakeholders.

**What you’ll do**:

- You will act as a point of contact for the Membership, Creative & Brand, and Digital Experience marketing teams by coordinating the deliverables required for a wide variety of campaigns, digital and corporate projects.
- You will map out projects, communicate timelines to stakeholders and ensure deadlines are maintained, met, and achieved, based on marketing strategies and project briefs.
- You will coordinate the development of digital media assets for web, app and digital advertisements, and printing of advertising materials with internal teams and external vendors.
- You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on projects through FCL’s project management system and facilitating copy and creative proofs through a proofing system.

**The Team**:You will work closely with the Membership Marketing, Creative Content and Brand Strategy, and Digital Experience marketing managers. You will also collaborate with other Marketing Coordinators and team members across the department. This welcoming and passionate group works together to cultivate a culture of support, creativity, and cooperation.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

- Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, media, print, agency, or project management.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or another relevant area (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are highly organized.
- Digital marketing experience is considered an asset.
