Marketing and Communications Manager

**Description:

**What you will do**
- Develop, drive, execute, and evaluate measureable and nimble go-to-market plans
- Create compelling copy that sells
- Define, implement, and align team and individual goals and deliverables to organizational priorities
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and transparency
- Integrate business goals and project objectives into customer-centred marketing strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to understand the end-client and identify marketing opportunities based on insights, market research and other relevant data
- Translate complex information and data into compelling stories that drive audiences to act
- Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across channel audiences and marketing mediums (print, digital, social)
- Evaluate performance of project strategy and execution of tactics, using key learnings to inform continuous improvement
- Coach and lead a team to specialists execute and perform on marketing and communications programs and tactics

**What you will bring**
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in marketing or communications, financial/business industry an asset
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team to execute and evaluate a variety of strategic plans
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate, partner, and build rapport with a variety of stakeholders across geographies
- Strong decision making and communication skills to articulate, influence, and execute complex strategies and initiatives
- Proven strong writing skills, both technically sound and creative
- Understanding of multi-disciplined marketing: product, agile, digital, distribution etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills to make data-informed decisions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team
- A graduate from a post-secondary institution, specialized in a related field
- The base salary for this position is between **$74,500**:

- $137,900 **annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
