** Position Summary**

**Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To**
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Plan and execute employer branding activities in collaboration with communications team
- Oversee & execute employee referral programs
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring in the corporate head office
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functions
- Partner with hiring managers to make hiring decisions and extend job offers
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Find efficiencies in the recruiting process
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Lead, oversee and mentor members of the Talent Acquisition and HR team on best practices
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles and build relationships with vendors to tap into when needed
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
- Design, manage & execute a national onboarding strategy
- Other projects or duties as assigned

**Required Skills And Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years related experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize project timelines
- Ability to motivate team members and hiring managers
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- This position must pass a post-offer background check

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Master's Degree
- CHRP or CHRL Certification
- Experience in a fast-paced and growing organization
- Experience in a corporate talent acquisition or recruitment environment
- Experience working with external agencies; testing/assessments and vendor selection
