Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance Management Experience or Lead Role
- Auditing Course Certification (ex: ISO 9001 or similar)
- Experience with Weight and Balance programs
- Rotorcraft Maintenance Experience
- Import/Export Experience
- Previous Experience Utilizing AMS (Aircraft Maintenance Systems) Aircraft Manager and Inventory Manager
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures for new products or processes
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in quality assurance

**Skills**:

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in analyzing data and using statistical tools to identify trends and patterns
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in products or processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate quality requirements and expectations to team members
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
