The Opportunity

Mawer Investment Management is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to maintain the excellent quality of our products. You will be a strong QA engineer who is customer-obsessed, thinks big, and delivers results without compromising the quality.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our products Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and areas for improvement Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop testing strategies Document and track defects using bug tracking systems, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues and ensure adherence to coding standards Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance and testing

What You Bring

3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience Knowledge of QA methodology and tools Experience in automation testing Experience scripting or coding
