**Responsibilities***:

- Assist Project Managers in all phases of project management. This includes:

- Development and monitoring of project plans
- Development of status reports and business cases
- Supporting risk and issue mitigation activities, including maintenance of Risk, Issue, Action Item and Decision (RAID) Logs
- Facilitating project team meetings including development of agenda, leading meetings and ensuring follow up of action items identified
- Leading work streams within a project (for example, testing, pre-go-live activities, change management activities and/or project evaluations)
- Where required, assist in the execution of project deliverables
- Support departmental initiatives - this may include facilitating the development and documentation of processes and templates, developing briefing notes/reports and presentations, and carrying out other relevant tasks
- Assist in the creation of consolidated IT PMO reports for executive level team.
- Support the IT PMO with senior leadership meeting facilitation and presentation preparation.
- Assist the Governance and Compliance team with on-boarding and ensuring new staff understand and follow the PMO processes.
- Other duties, as required

**Skills and Qualifications***:

- Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordinating project activities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience and/or training the areas of cybersecurity or information technology is highly desirable
- Project management training and/or certification is highly desirable
- A Bachelor's degree or certificate/diploma in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Experience or training with Microsoft Project is highly desirable
