Delmia Industry Process Consultant

**Role Description**
Provide technical support for customer engagements in Industrial Engineering, especially in 3D Process Engineering (MBOM, Process Plan, Resources, Work Instructions, 3D Assembly Simulation, exchange with ERP and MES) in the industries we serve: Automotive, Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Industrial Equipment, Construction, etc.
Support our 4 sales channels (CSE CPE CRE COE) and our Value Added Resesellers (VARs) worldwide for all pre-sales activities: Identify client pains and opportunities for improvement, define and propose DELMIA Digital Manufacturing solutions and methodologies, prepare and deliver demonstrations, explain the value of these solutions, answer RFI/RFP, perform POC etc.
Support the Dassault Systemes (DS) Service team and DS Partners worldwide for post sales activities (implementation projects).
Enable our eco-system (DS and Partners) on DELMIA thru webinars and training sessions.
Capitalize and share the best practices thru posts inside our communities and training material.
Communicate with our DELMIA R&D, document customer requests and anticipate the new trends in Process Engineering.
Promote the full DELMIA solution (Process Engineering, Execution) and the DS 3DExperience platform.
**Responsibilities**
Be a technical expert of the DELMIA DM solution and of the 3DExperience infrastructure and PLM concepts (configuration and change management), able to support our sales channels worldwide.
- Pre-Sales activities: Understand customer needs and pain, prepare and give presentations and live demonstrations, answer RFPs, ensure POCs.
- Post-sales activities: coach and support the Service team (DS or C&SI), ensuring a successful Go-Live
- Train and enable our partners, prepare and give training sessions, define the best practices in coordination with our R&D, support our partners
- Support Marketing events.
- The Industry Process Consultant masters DELMIA **3D**EXPERIENCE solution. He/she understands how the products fulfill the business needs. The Industry Process Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature and secures successful go-live.
The Industry Process Consultant is able to:
- Articulate the overall **3D**EXPERIENCE platform value.
- Contribute to the execution of the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to the different phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews.
- Can articulate value, based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience, whether it is a User, a Process Owner or a Business Owner
- Closely collaborates with the DS internal ecosystem
- Maintains best in class level of expertise
- Capitalizes on-field activities
- Provides feedback loop from customer use cases
- Supports the Solution enablement of their Partners and Sales Ecosystem.
- Maximizes the usage of the **3D**EXPERIENCE platform for interaction with the customer and DS ecosystem
**Qualifications**
- 10 years of experience in implementing and defining PLM solutions within large IT Consulting organizations
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain principles
- Knowledge of IT architecture and enterprise-wide solutions
- DELMIA Digital Manufacturing Domain or CATIA Engineering Domain relevant Experience (4-5 years) with technical and functional knowledge
- Deep knowledge on industry standards & business processes
- Experience in working closely with customers in defining Digital Manufacturing Solutions using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- Minimum 2-3 on full project implementation cycle (Use Cases, Design, Build, Testing and Go-Live) experience.
- Integration experience with SAP / ERP / shop floor systems will be a plus.
- Knowledge of EKL and other programming language will be a plus.
