**Job Summary**

The **HSJCC Community Reintegration Coordinator** will support the operationalization of the HSJCC Community Reintegration Planning Tables (CRPTs), a partnership between the Provincial HSJCC and the Ministry of the Solicitor General. Working closely with the CR Planning Tables Working Group (PTWG) and CR Planning Table Co-Chairs, the Coordinator will provide overall administrative support and coordination to the Planning Tables. The Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for the CRPTs, and will liaise with the CRPT Co-Chairs, P-HSJCC Secretariat Team, and Ministry of the Solicitor General staff as part of the PTWG.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Coordinating meetings on behalf of the PTWG, which includes managing calendars and appointments, working with the PTWG to develop agendas and meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Managing confidential materials and assisting with correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Working alongside the PTWG to coordinate engagement with stakeholder groups during the planning and implementation phases of the local CRPTs.
- Providing administrative coordination to the CR Planning Co-Chairs in the operationalization of Planning Tables.
- Coordinating ongoing reports with the CRPTs and providing regular updates to the PTWG.
- Providing ongoing support to the P-HSJCC Secretariat staff and the Director of Justice Policy with interrelated HSJCC functions including project management support, communications, and public policy work.

**Skills & Experience**
- Undergraduate degree in public policy, criminal justice, social work, health promotion, or a related field. Graduate degree in public policy, criminal justice, social work, health promotion, or a related field an asset.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in administrative support and coordination is required. A variety of skills in administrative support and coordination, including well-developed organizational skills used to meet priorities and deadlines and an eye for accuracy and attention to detail, is required.
- Experience working in multi-sectoral partnerships and liaising with non-governmental organizations and government agencies required.
- Working knowledge of the mental health and addictions sector and the criminal justice sector, specifically around community reintegration and discharge planning an asset.
- Work experience in the community sector.
- Familiarity with key concepts of mental health promotion, health equity, and social determinants of health is an asset.
- Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation an asset.
- Ability to research, obtain, and compile information and explore alternatives in order to prepare written material.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks.
- Ability to transcribe a variety of documents; and proficiency in entering and retrieving data to maintain statistical reports.

**Salary**

**Hiring Rate**:This position pays between $71,379.58 and $73,520.97 per annum, based on a 35-hour work week.

The salary grid for this role ranges between $71,379.58 at Step 1 and $80,338.34 at Step 5. The initial salary offered for this position is anticipated to fall between Step 1 and Step 2 of the salary grid as posted above as the hiring rate.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time, temporary (contract) position working standard office hours (currently 35 hours/week). This position is based in Toronto, Ontario and may require regular travel. We are currently operating within a hybrid model, with colleagues working from the office 3 days/week and from home 2 days/week.

This position is also a desk job with extended periods of sitting, reading, telephone/virtual interaction, and working at the computer. This position involves some moderate lifting, shipping, and handling. Attendance at various meetings throughout the workday/workweek will be required; meetings may occur on short notice, depending on the circumstances.

This position is within the OPSEU Bargaining Unit.
