**Your daily life**:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and cash management activities for our Paris subsidiary. You will ensure the accurate recording of transactions related to the purchasing, sales and payroll cycles, while ensuring that internal control policies are strictly adhered to. More broadly, you will be responsible for supporting, with your team, the Director of Accounting Operations in the production of financial reports.
**In this role, you will**:

- Reviewing the balance sheet and results of the entities under its responsibility;
- Act as the head of the accounting team and provide support in routine and month-end tasks;
- Analyze actual results compared to budget;
- Provide support to the various managers and analyze as part of the budget process;
- Manage cash flow;
- Ensure responsibility for the audit of the French component;
- Ensure the company's compliance with French regulations;
- Manage quarterly intercos and refills;
- Validate and sign payments;
- Approving payroll;
- Participate in several Ad Hoc projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) and member of the CPA Order;
- Five to ten years of relevant experience;
- Experience in an accounting firm (asset);
- Experience with international groups (asset);
- Experience in a manufacturing company (asset);
- Full proficiency in accounting standards for private enterprises (ASPE) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Experience with French Accounting Standards (asset);
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (mainly Excel - intermediate/advanced level);
- Knowledge of the ERP system "SAP S4 Hana" (asset) or any other ERP;
- Bilingual;
- Hardworking and flexible in terms of schedule;
- Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
- Meticulousness and resourcefulness;
- Ambition for progression and performance-oriented.
