Job Overview:

As the Team Lead for LF3, you will receive training in Diamond Community Manager (DCM) duties and support the day-to-day responsibilities on an interim basis.

LF3 is dedicated to providing results-driven programming and training systems in a large club setting. We focus on quality strength, hypertrophy, and movement quality coaching without unnecessary embellishments.

LF3 has impacted thousands of clients across Canada by customizing training schedules according to their goals. We offer various small group classes to enhance client results through increased frequency and program quality.

LF3 is seeking highly qualified personal trainers who are passionate about coaching clients to achieve their goals. Clients receive a custom 7-day training plan and check in monthly to ensure their progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coaching LF3 classes (8-10 hours per week)
- Providing LF3 Team Lead support (20 hours)
- Personal Training hours (where applicable)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Typical Daily Tasks:

- Act as an ambassador for the LF3 Training System
- Conduct initial and follow-up appointments
- Handle member inquiries and support timely responses
- Assist the Diamond Community Manager with scheduling
- Facilitate LF3 Team Meetings
- Assist with studio upkeep and equipment inventory
- Create LF3 social media content
- Organize and promote Diamond Community events
- Assist with class evaluations
- Participate in other coaches' classes weekly
- Encourage members to combine 1/1 with LF3 Small group for optimal results
- Collaborate with LF3 coaches to enhance the member experience
- Ensure participant check-ins are completed
- Prepare for classes to ensure a high-quality experience
- Welcome new members and provide a 5-star introduction
- Interact with participants and celebrate their achievements
- Promote an inclusive environment for all fitness levels

Qualifications:

- Nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification (required)
- Experience as a personal trainer or teaching small group classes (mandatory)
- Leadership experience (considered an asset)
- Understanding of injuries and conditions affecting exercise performance (necessary)
- CPR/First Aid certification (required prior to start date)
- Recent Criminal Background Check (required prior to employment)
