Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist - 12 Month Contract

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze audience trends and provide content solutions for consumer engagement through data analysis.
- Manage campaigns daily, ensuring quality leads and effective conversion, and recommend best practice solutions, including testing strategies and dynamic personalization approaches.
- Analyze pipelines with sales and marketing to identify key lead generation vehicles for revenue growth.
- Assess Pardot platform usage, identify areas, and develop workflows to optimize campaign efficiency and lead nurturing process.
- Support delivery of marketing intelligence data from CRM for monthly reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Ensure data integrity and quality, making recommendations for improvement based on reports, scoring, process and data quality.
- Analyzes pipelines with sales and marketing to identify the key lead generation vehicles for driving incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance content with visual elements within the platform.

Key Qualifications:

- Four or more hands-on experience working with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or other Marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and Salesforce Cloud.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team, embrace change, and work in an iterative development environment.
- Previous experience launching and running referral and affiliate marketing programs.
- Comfortable with Data, Spreadsheets, and Analytics.
- Experience building Marketing Campaigns to achieve KPIs and analyzing results.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Exchange.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of integrations with new platforms, such as Shopify, Account Engagement, and Zapier.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing spend, focusing on A/B testing, campaign optimization, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
- Launch and run referral and affiliate marketing programs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions to launch new use cases or add enhancements to existing journeys and campaigns.
- Open to physically coming in to the Toronto office when required.

You have a clear understanding of technical and data problem-solving but also have a business-oriented vision, understanding how operational roles solve everyday business needs.
