The Leader of Customer Account Management will be a key member of the Digital Distribution organization, driving increased revenue through Do It Yourself/Do it Together (DIY/DIT), by increasing customer acquisition and executing selling/retention tactics to existing customers. He/she will lead a team focused on significantly growing the company’s digital revenue, by delivering clear objectives that ensures our customers benefit from new technologies.

**Essential Functions**:

- Increase portfolio revenue, understanding ongoing triggers and impacts, focusing on long term objectives rather than short term gains
- Develop enhancements to the customer welcome process (Concierge), adapting to the DIY/DIT, promoting account activation growth and better customer experience
- Analyze managed book of business, identifying and executing pricing initiatives to adapt to ongoing card brand changes
- Implement new customer retention strategies, utilizing ongoing portfolio reporting to identify attrition trends
- Coach and develop people to build knowledge and understanding of all supported sales channels and drive top performance by executing clear tactics that delivers the most appropriate solution based on customers’ needs
- Establish KPIs, measurement and digital reporting to drive success, utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft teams
- Lead multiple projects from concept to completion, and influencing stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
- Understand Elavon’s competitive position and recommend programs to further payments products, digital services and strategic objectives
- Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Talent management; recruiting, succession planning, career development

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- 1-2 years of management experience
