**For full-time employees**:

CE À QUOI POURRAIENT RESSEMBLER TES JOURNÉES
En tant que membre de l’équipe de gestion, tu auras à soutenir l’assistant.e gérant.e et le ou la gérant.e en vue d’atteindre les objectifs de vente, de maintenir nos standards d’entreprise et de motiver ton équipe à se surpasser.

**VENTES**:

- Former les membres de ton équipe pour les aider à bien accompagner la clientèle : leur enseigner les meilleures techniques de vente et t’assurer qu’ils maîtrisent bien toutes les caractéristiques des produits;
- Accueillir chaleureusement la clientèle et répondre à ses questions afin de l’aider à trouver les morceaux parfaits. Comment? En parlant des caractéristiques techniques, de la qualité et des matériaux des produits;
- Coordonner les activités de la boutique et les actions à prendre avec l’équipe de gestion;
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement de la boutique et t’assurer que ton équipe offre un service à la clientèle remarquable;
- Atteindre tes objectifs de ventes personnels (nos formations t’aideront à y arriver);
- Communiquer les informations nécessaires à ton équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes communs.

- Gérer les absences et les retards des membres de l’équipe.

**MARKETING ET PRÉSENTATION VISUELLE**:

- Connaitre la marchandise et les particularités techniques des produits sur le bout de tes doigts;
- Créer une boutique attrayante et invitante selon nos planogrammes avec l’aide de ton équipe;
- Être à l’affût de ce que fait la concurrence;
- Bâtir une clientèle régulière et fidèle en communiquant l’image de marque;
- Aider à la planification de la réception de marchandises et assurer la mise en place rapide de la présentation visuelle;
- Participer à la gestion de l’allure et de la propreté de la boutique et de l’arrière-boutique.

**ADMINISTRATION**:

- Analyser les rapports de ventes, d’achalandage et de productivité et communiquer les informations à l’équipe;
- Procéder à l’ouverture et à la fermeture de ta boutique;
- Respecter et appliquer les politiques et procédures des différents services du siège social (on va tout t’expliquer);
- Accomplir d’autres tâches connexes pour aider l’équipe, au besoin;
- Gérer les absences et les retards des membres de l’équipe
