Northlands Bar and Grill is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Establish and maintain high-volume, profitable sales and operations
- Ensure staff follows all food and beverage policies and procedures
- Maintain all equipment in good condition
- Manage inventory and food ordering
- Create a clean, safe, attractive and profitable business model
- Oversee staff scheduling and performance
- Work with hourly staff to resolve problems, concerns and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain excellent guest experience by responding to customers’ questions, complaints and feedback in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the general manager to meet company objectives.

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a manager or other management role
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills required.

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
