Overview:
- The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $45,000 to $50,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all Canadian locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity._

**Responsibilities**:
- Actively manage the sales transaction database and ensure that all information is complete and accurate by contacting listing brokers and related stakeholders to obtain further details.
- Update charts and market presentations including economic information provided by third party resources.
- Assist the brokers as necessary in providing relevant information for pitches and valuation.
- Assist with the quarterly investment reports and any other ad hoc reports as necessary.
- Attend monthly investment division meetings to provide updates on topics such as significant properties that are being marketed, notable building & land sales, and general real estate news.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possess characteristic traits of independent thinking and self-starting initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills
- Must be proactive with a keen sense of urgency
