**Job Description**:
Must be in the Greater Toronto Area to be considered. This is a hybrid role, occasional in-person office attendance (approx. two days per month) will be required.

We are looking for a talented teammate

To join our team as a Building Science Analyst/Operations Analyst Co-Op. As a Building Science Analyst Co-Op, you determine and communicate customer eligibility for energy conservation measures provided under the IESO’s Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge’s Home Winterproofing Program. As an Operations Analyst Co-Op, you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Responsibilities include: audit submission review, applicant eligibility determination, customer-facing communication, data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. This Co-Op will run September 5, 2023 to December 29, 2023.

What we need help with
- Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies
- Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships including undertaking business development activities
- Identifying process optimization and improvements
- Supporting and creating presentation decks
- Preparing and maintaining a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.
- Active enrolment of post-secondary education, with an Environment, Technology, or Engineering-related focus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in an engineering services company is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Experience with Power Query and Power BI is an asset
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues, and external contacts.

$17.00 - $27.20
