**Job Summary**

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to assist and execute the Marketing Department's internal and external marketing via digital channels including but not limited to Social Media, Google Ads, SEO and influencer marketing.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Strong copywriting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- French language skills are an asset
- Experience in writing for media, including media releases and guest blogging
- Ability to engage and build strong relationships with diverse groups
- Confident both in front of and behind the camera, responsible for content creation and curation
- Previous experience in marketing and social media
- Strong understanding of social media best practices
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business
- Proficient in SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience with Google Ads
- Advanced graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite & Canva)
- Video editing proficiency
- Formal education in digital marketing preferred
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
- Proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management capabilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Valid passport, ability to enter the United States

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a content strategy and posting calendar
- Responsible for all social media content curation and creation in front of and behind the camera
- Build and maintain a strong online presence by interacting with customers, customer groups, and influencers. Create new relationships and maintain existing ones
- Search out and manage influencer opportunities
- Stay current on new advancements in social media marketing and continually look for ways to improve engagement
- Prepare and analyze reports on social media growth and engagement, identifying trends that convert
- Social monitoring and reporting on industry trends
- Paid social media management and Google Analytics reporting
- Assist with SEO projects
- Maintain and optimize all social media accounts, including technical back-end management
- Be part of the proofing team for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, and engagement-focused word choices
- Assist with Magento front-end updates as needed
- Support other areas of the Marketing department and handle additional duties as management requires
- Perform other duties as required by the Marketing Department
