**Receiving Clerk**

**Shift**:Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Data input and tracking.
- Appointment Scheduling.
- PO management - Printing, scanning, tracking.
- Yard Flow management.
- Scheduling - live load and inbound freight carriers.
- Adheres to the mission and cornerstone values and applicable practices of the organization.
- Maintain peer relationships in the field to share issues and ideas.
- Excellent knowledge of the Warehouse Management System and Onbase.
- Ability to execute tasks in all warehouse environments at the Ajax Distribution Centre.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Ability to execute tasks in all warehouse environments at the Milton Distribution Centre

**Qualifications**:

- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and follow-through on given tasks.
- Must have exceptional problem solving abilities.
- Excellent Attendance is an asset.
- Proficiency in WMS, Onbase is an asset.
- Must exhibit professional communication with a focus on developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers
