Our team is looking for an **After-Market-Parts-Service (AMPS) Planner** to join our team onsite in the London location. You will be responsible for Sales order release and fulfillment based on customers’ requirements. You will be the main contact for Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics, including arranging shipments for customers, preparing, coordinating, and tracking shipments.

**Accountabilities**:

- Develop, implement, and constantly monitor AMPS delivery schedules
- Expedite of materials with Purchasing Team to meet Production objectives
- Identify and proactively drive resolution of issues impacting customer deliveries
- Participate in analysis of AMPS demand data and trends to improve on time delivery while maintaining inventory goals
- Communicate sales order ship dates to appropriate Trojan London and Trojan Europe CSS
- Create, complete and close AMPS production orders
- Maintain AMPS value stream daily management metrics for delivery and inventory
- Backfill for Europe AMPS team as required (execute Kanban process and assist with receiving process)

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Supply-Chain-Management, Operations Management, Business or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Planning or Sales Co-Ordination required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of inventory principals, including Kanban
- Process focused with continuous improvement and customer (user) mindset
- Works collaboratively across a variety of functions for maximum impact
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Proficiency with Business Analytic Tools (Tableau or PowerBI) considered an asset
