OceanMD, a WELL Health Company, is the leading provider of EMR-integrated Patient Engagement and eReferral tools in Canada, playing a critical role in millions of patient visits and thousands of referrals every week. Our digital healthcare solutions empower patients and physicians to overcome the barriers preventing the timely delivery of healthcare services. By replacing paper forms with digital tools, we give patients and providers secure ways to connect, share health information, and update patient records. Our tools:

- Empower patients to share health information with their physician before, during, and after visits, helping to ensure health records are up to-date and accurate while improving patient care.
- Meet the growing demand for digital solutions with online booking and secure messaging that improves the patient’s experience, reduces the need for unnecessary phone calls, and makes clinics more efficient.
- Improve access to care by replacing faxes, displaying wait times, and reducing the time to process and access specialist referrals.

**Who we need**

Reporting to the Director, Government Program Services, we are adding a **Project Manager, Healthtech** to our team. In this newly created role, you will be critical in representing OceanMD and supporting provincial roll-outs of the Ocean Platform within the healthcare sector. You will execute plans to align and drive project deliverables, mitigate risks, define proactive resolutions, and ensure an exceptional implementation experience for our clients.
- This is a hybrid role requiring work in-office 1-2 days per week and travel across Canada as needed._

**How you will make an impact**
- _ Project manage. _You will lead and implement large-scale healthcare technology solution projects with multiple stakeholders. Working closely with our integrations and product teams, you will manage projects with our government partners. You will define goals and track progress, manage resource allocation, scope creep, change management and communications, and track progress toward completing deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget.
- _ Communicate and measure._ You will foster highly effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed on the progress of projects and managing conflicts effectively and diplomatically to ensure that issues are addressed and resolved promptly to minimize disruption.
- _ Manage risk._ You will proactively identify project risks and recommend solutions and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- _ Collaborate._ You will promote a culture of collaboration within the team and across multiple stakeholders, managing conflicts effectively and diplomatically to ensure that issues are addressed and resolved promptly to minimize disruption.
- _ Relationship management. _You will build a reputation as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-makers, managing expectations, and ensuring clients are satisfied at every stage.
