Dental Practice Manager

**Hours of Operation**:Monday - Thursday from 8am - 5pm, Occasional Fridays

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of our dental office.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative functions, including scheduling, billing, and patient records.
- Tracking and processing payments for patients under accounts receivables and payment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage human resources activities, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Handle any patient, staff and/or associate questions, concerns, and/or complaints.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery.
- Monitor and manage the practice's budget, including financial planning and reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Experience working in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar practice management software.
- Knowledge of acute care practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with human resources principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of dental terminology and coding systems.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
