Job Summary
The Sales Admin & Account Receivable Coordinator plays a crucial role in our team, reporting to the National Sales Admin Manager, and providing excellent administrative support for accounts receivable (AR) and sales administrative (SA) duties.

About the Role
This dynamic position requires strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting. The ideal candidate should provide good support to all AR and SA teams, ensuring operation consistency across regions, and improving period-end process and inventory count runs properly and timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support SA and AR teams to comply with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
  • Work closely with SA teams to ensure operation consistency across regions
  • Ensure and improve period end process and inventory count runs properly and timely
  • Coordinate closely with AR teams and SA teams in daily operation
  • Support invoicing and AR related duties
  • Provide training to sustain SA & AR daily operation

Requirements / Must-Haves
  • Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, confident, resilient, and courageous to do what is right
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with PC (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English

Assets / Nice-to-Haves
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication. Spoken and literate with Mandarin/Cantonese for foreign communication is an asset
  • Training or working experience with SAGE300, D365, EDI, and Retail Link is a plus.
  • Being familiar with ACCPAC and WMS systems would be an asset
  • Possess relevant accounting experience is an asset

Salary and Benefits
The expected hourly wage may vary based on the candidate's experience and knowledge.
