With a full suite of media solutions, including Radio (NEW COUNTRY 103.5 & HOT 101.9), Programmatic Display, Programmatic Video, Connected TV, Digital Out of Home, Search, Social, and more, we deliver results for our clients and help their businesses succeed.

**Your qualifications**:

- You are naturally curious and LOVE solving problems with creative solutions
- You are self-motivated, have sales experience (preferably in media), and a desire to take your career to the next level
- You have a strong understanding of radio and digital marketing, or a desire to learn it
- You excel at prospecting and developing new business while growing revenues from existing clients
- You understand that positive, energized people are the core of our success
- You thrive in an environment of collaboration, ideas and action
- You understand accountability to your clients and your team
