**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE**

**LOCATION**: BARRIE, ONTARIO (on-site)**

**TYPE**: FULL-TIME Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm**

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
The Accounts Receivable Associate will be focused primarily on the collection of outstanding invoices and conducting credit reviews in a timely manner, and in alignment with internal accounting department procedures.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or related position
- Accounting or Business Administration diploma considered an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite as well as accounting software/ERP
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy
- Strong analytical skills with proven attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creative problem solving and a positive attitude
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**:

- Complete all collections processes for designated portfolio in alignment with established procedures and timelines
- Post bank deposits and petty cash
- Prepare reports for outstanding AR and provide to Management team
- Process repair and storage liens and discharges
- Analyze and address internal invoicing issues
- Other Accounting assignments as requested
