**Content Marketing Associate**

Part-time (80%) replacement position from April 11, 2023 to June 28, 2024

**Description**:
Under the guidance of the Director, Strategic Marketing, the Content Marketing Associate will help create content that markets St. George’s Strategic Plan and advances our priorities while informing and building engagement, affinity, and pride among key stakeholders: parents, students, alumni, donors, volunteers, employees and strategic partners. They will create and share intentional, high impact content that highlights our unique approach to progressive education, showcases academics and programming, and celebrates faculty expertise and student life.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate on writing and editing a broad range of communication materials including: website content, newsletters, brochures and social media content
- Produce, edit, and optimize videos across all channels, including website and social media; and oversee pre-production and post-production process flow
- Capture school and community life events and stories, banking images and videos to be utilized in communication materials
- Conduct interviews with donors and alumni to build a collection of impact stories
- Support admissions and advancement by collaborating on marketing materials
- Help with basic graphic design requests: updating templates, creating graphics, making file corrections and/or changes
- Build and manage social media posting schedule; populate with engaging content
- Support tracking KPIs and marketing advertising objectives
- Provide administrative support for all communications and marketing activities
- Fulfill other duties as required

**Skills, Experience and Attributes Required**:

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related marketing experience
- Experience in content writing, video production, photography, graphic design and social media coordination
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, Hootsuite, non-linear editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and working knowledge of InDesign, and other relevant design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset

**Description**:
Relevant de la directrice du marketing stratégique, l’associé(e) aidera à créer du contenu pour promouvoir le plan stratégique de St-Georges et faire avancer nos priorités tout en informant et en renforçant l’engagement, l’affinité et la fierté des principales parties prenantes : parents, étudiant(e)s, diplômé(e)s, donateurs(trices), bénévoles, employé(e)s et partenaires stratégiques. L’associé(e) créera et partagera du contenu délibéré à impact élevé qui souligne notre approche unique de l’enseignement progressif, met en valeur les études et les programmes académiques, et célèbre l’expertise du corps enseignant et la vie étudiante.

**Responsabilités**:

- Collaborer à la rédaction et à l’édition d’un large éventail de matériels de communication, notamment le contenu de sites web, de bulletins d’information, de brochures et de médias sociaux.
- Produire, monter et optimiser des vidéos sur tous les canaux, y compris le site web et les médias sociaux, et superviser le déroulement des processus de préproduction et de postproduction.
- Mener des entretiens avec les donateurs(trices) et les diplômé(e)s et créer une collection de récits d’impact.
- Capturer les événements et les récits de la vie étudiante et communautaire, mettre en banque des images et des vidéos à utiliser dans les supports de communication.
- Soutenir les admissions et l’avancement en collaborant au matériel de marketing.
- Aider aux demandes de conception graphique : mise à jour des modèles, création de graphiques, corrections ou modifications de fichiers.
- Élaborer et gérer l’échéancier des médias sociaux ; alimenter un contenu attrayant.
- Soutenir le suivi des indicateurs de performance clé et des objectifs de marketing et de publicité.
- S’acquitter d’autres tâches selon les besoins.

**Compétences, expérience et qualités requises**:

- Diplôme d’études supérieures en administration des affaires, communication, marketing, relations ou un domaine connexe.
