Come and join a fun and adventurous crew for a great summer in Whistler. We are looking for an outgoing admin and reservations team member to work in our Whistler village office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Making reservations and processing payments from customers
- Overseeing availability for online and office bookings and amending as necessary.
- Communicate, during the day, to the bridge staff, any updated booking information.
- Prepare End of Day reports and nightly cash deposits.
- Book other Whistler activities for bungee clients, as and when required.
- Sale of merchandise and restocking retail area.
- Be friendly, confident and fun loving.
- Ability to work with groups and high volume of customers
- Be organized, with good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service communication abilities
- General computer and data entry skills
- Outgoing personality
- Be willing to work as part of a team and be flexible to occasional last minute schedule changes
- Live in Whistler, Squamish or Pemberton.
**Working Conditions**:
- The company has two sites - one - a store in Whistler Village, and second, the bungee bridge over the Cheakamus River, south of Whistler. The facility is open 7 days/week, all year round.
**Remuneration**:
- $, depending on experience.
