**Key Responsibilities**:
The Clinical Coordinator:

- Works closely with the program manager to ensure effective and efficient program operations
- Tracks and monitors key performance indicators and ensures the program adheres to them
- Reviews reports and provides coaching and feedback to the interprofessional team
- Acts as a lead contact and liaison with internal and external parties
- Summarizes complex assessment findings, facilitates case conferences and ensures consensus amongst the interprofessional team
- Is a resource for the team on clinical matters and supports ongoing education and knowledge translation
- Performs clinical assessment work within professional scope and provides treatment services as required (rare)

**Key Qualifications**:

- Regulated Health Professional who is registered with relevant regulatory body (College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario, College of Physiotherapists of Ontario etc.)

- Membership with relevant Association - preferred
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in assessing and treating patients in third-party work with a strong quality improvement focus to third party payers including WSIB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates exceptional relationship management skills, effectively building and nurturing partnerships with internal and external parties to foster collaboration, trust, and mutual success
- Evidence of continuing education, professional and personal development
- Accountable, flexible, and self-directed professional with strong time management and organizational skills
- Exercises initiative and good judgment with ability to multi-task
- Coordination of WSIB services with appropriate health care and administrative professionals
- Reviews and interprets reports and facilitate case conferences with clinical teams and WSIB
- Participation in the collection and analysis of business benchmarks and clinical outcome measures
- Works as part of an interprofessional team model, providing evidence based, outcome oriented care and recommendations
- Contributes to the overall vision/mandate of the Program
- Supervision of students as required Top of Form
