The Executive Office Coordinator is responsible for the overall execution of administrative duties for the Women and Gender Equity Secretariat (WAGE MB).

Conditions of Employment:

Qualifications:
**Essential**:

- A diploma or certificate in business administration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience in financial procedures including accounts payable, cash flow and budget projection
- Experience providing administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong working relationships
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive material and respond to inquiries with high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**Duties**:
The incumbent reports to the Executive Director and provides administrative support to the entire office. This includes operational financial management, assignment tracking, scheduling logistics, and overall office coordination. Though the Executive Office Coordinator is primarily responsible for the daily administrative operations of the Secretariat as a whole, they also provide coverage and support to the Financial Administration Coordinator as required.
