**-Preparation of stocks and sauces**
**-Cooking food for event service including specialty items**
**-Receiving inventory and relocating to storage and cooler areas**
**-Assists with checking of quality and quantity of incoming produce and supplies**
**-Preparation for food service**
**-Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment**
**-Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food**
**handling practices**
**-All other duties as assigned**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $22.50-$22.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
