**Responsibilities**:
The TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE provides expertise in the following challenges:

- Perform necessary diagnostics/assessments related to parts/service/equipment/machines.
- Address complaints or issues raised in the service cycle to determine the nature and cause of these problems, seek

appropriate assistance, and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem so that it does not recur.
- Inspect products to determine the requirement for repair.
- Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
- Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding machines / equipment, parts, and functions.
- Assist in designing proper / appropriate equipment system.
- Schedule service calls for machines / equipment in conjunction with company policies.
- Schedule and inspect equipment / machines for dispatch and pick up to make sure it is in good condition when received.
- Act as the point of contact for all customer technical needs nationwide.
- Works under the supervision of the Service & Equipment Manager

**Requirements**: To perform well, you must**:

- Aptitude for mechanics, electromechanics and electricity;
- At least 1 year of experience
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills and telephone customer service skills;
- Good sense of organization, both in the working method and in the management of one's time;
- Respectful and customer-oriented;
- General knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office suite);
