Position: Member Services Part Time

About the Role:
As a Member Services Team Member at Sooke Fitness, you play a pivotal role in making sure our members have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll be the trusted guide, providing information, support, and a friendly face to our fitness community. Key Responsibilities:

- Warm Welcomes: Greet all members and guests with a smile and a friendly attitude, making them feel valued and welcome.
- Efficient Check-Ins: Manage the member check-in process seamlessly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Pro Shop Assistance: Help members with purchases in the Pro Shop, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized space.
- Tanning & Training Coordination: Schedule tanning appointments and personal training sessions, providing information about our services and trainers.

- Flexible Hours: 4-hour shifts, 3 to 4 times a week, with some weekend work as needed. (Mon to Thurs 4pm to 8pm // Sat & Sun 9am to 1pm)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
