**Job description & responsibilities**:
As a Technical Product Specialist for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), you will test, diagnose, and repair light forestry equipment. Your duties will include:

- Operating machinery for testing and verification,
- Understanding and maintaining small engines,
- Appreciating basic mechanical concepts and mechanical assemblies,
- Comprehending basic hydraulic and electrical control systems,
- Following defined procedures to communicate with other departments.
- Working in a multiteam project atmosphere
- PPAP testing/evaluation involvement

You will actively learn the entire Wallenstein product line and be able to assist with all Tech Support related activities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Complete accuracy in all assignments is essential.
- The ability to operate and work with farm and forestry equipment such as tractors, skid steers, woodchippers and chainsaws is essential.
- A strong mechanical aptitude and previous mechanical repair experience is preferred.
- SolidWorks experience is an asset.
