We are seeking a **People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator **to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial team.

**The Opportunity**

**Reporting to Vice President, People & Culture (P&C), the People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will**:

- Offer administrative and project support to the P&C Team, including: the VP, P&C; two Managers, Talent Acquisition; the Director, P&C; and the Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, across and throughout various P&C functions.
- For Talent Acquisition, create and post job ads on various industry websites and third party job boards.
- Prepare employment agreements and manage the electronic document signing process.
- Manage and keep up-to-date as it relates to metrics and tracking statistics related to P&C platforms and programs; help to present these when necessary in various formats (spreadsheets, charts, graphs etc.).
- Be the guru of our applicant tracking system (JazzHR).
- Be our go-to person for all things related to our HRIS (BambooHR) management including: adding team members, launching onboarding and offboarding flows, automating processes, providing ongoing BambooHR support to VetCare team members and more.
- Manage all aspects of benefit administration. Along with administering our benefits program, you will be responsible for promptly responding to team members' benefit-related queries.
- Collect, analyze and organize data as required to support P&C projects.
- Help plan and coordinate People & Culture and VetCare company events - from team building activities to appreciation and engagement events geared towards fostering a positive and cohesive company culture.
- Process and track invoices for the P&C Team

**Who are you**:

- You have 1+ years of HR experience.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HCM systems would be preferred.
- You have experience developing presentations, scorecards, and/or reports to support storytelling and enable data-driven decisions.
- You easily and quickly become ‘a part of a team’, and are driven by wanting to contribute to a Company’s success.
- You can work effectively under deadlines organizing multiple detail oriented tasks.
- You are able to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive communications.
- Your verbal / written communication abilities are excellent.
- You are a strong problem solver and pride yourself on your independent decision making skills.
- You have a natural curiosity to learn new things.
- You demonstrate advanced customer service skills, and are able to change gears quickly without skipping a beat.
