**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a Operations Manager to join our team at our head office in Vancouver, BC. As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process. This position involves managing our factory's daily operations, ensuring manufacturing schedules and personnel management are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You will act as the vital link between our head office and factory operations, ensuring seamless communication and execution of company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing scheduling, planning, and production processes.
- Oversee the supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with various departments (R&D, Sales, Distribution) to align manufacturing capabilities with company goals.
- Lead, motivate, and develop factory staff to promote a high-performance team environment.
- Regularly visit the factory in Kelowna, to oversee operations, address challenges, and implement improvements.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze production data, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage contracts to ensure the best quality and cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in factory manufacturing operations management, preferably in the natural health products or supplements industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Vancouver and Kelowna.
- Good knowledge of GMP and quality systems is an asset.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
