Overview:
Match Retail est à la recherche d'un vendeur passionné ayant une connaissance approfondie des produits de divertissement à domicile (téléviseurs, barres de son, projecteurs, moniteurs et ordinateurs portables) afin de promouvoir la notoriété de la marque pour notre client international. En tant que représentant des ventes sur le terrain - Divertissement à domicile, vous construirez et gérerez les relations avec les clients au niveau de l'entreprise, des revendeurs et des détaillants en coachant, en formant et en soutenant les différents vendeurs, les points de vente et les revendeurs.

LG Electronics est actuellement à la recherche de représentants des ventes sur le terrain passionnés par la vente et la formation sur les produits de divertissement à domicile. En tant que représentant des ventes sur le terrain, vous établirez et gérerez les relations avec les clients au niveau de l'entreprise, des concessionnaires et des détaillants, et vous contribuerez à faire connaître la marque auprès de divers vendeurs, détaillants et concessionnaires.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer les relations quotidiennes avec les clients au niveau de la vente au détail
- Favoriser des relations solides avec les détaillants
- Encadrer les représentants des ventes
- Former le personnel des détaillants
- Organiser des sessions de formation hebdomadaires programmées à l'avance.
- Assister les vendeurs sur les sites chaque semaine
- Réunir des analyses de marché et rendre compte des tendances du marché sur la manière dont le produit est perçu sur le marché.
- Planifier et faciliter les réunions de formation et de lancement afin de s'assurer que tous les groupes de clients/détaillants sont en mesure de démontrer leur connaissance des produits et disposent des connaissances et de la formation nécessaires.
- Fournir un soutien aux ventes en offrant des conseils commerciaux et des consultations sur les produits aux détaillants, le cas échéant.
- Veiller à ce que les niveaux de stock de marchandises répondent à la demande de produits et en rendre compte.
- Soutenir les initiatives de marketing en maintenant un contact direct avec les points de vente sur le marché.
- Résoudre les problèmes qui affectent l'intégrité et la présence de la marque
- Fournir un retour d'information au responsable national sur le terrain et au directeur général.
- Soutenir la planification de la mise sur le marché et les activités promotionnelles sur le terrain
- Mettre en place du matériel promotionnel et soutenir les revendeurs par le biais d'événements et de programmes d'incitation.
- Apporter une contribution stratégique pour aider à tirer parti de la marque du client.

**Exigences**
- Maîtrise du français à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Expérience confirmée dans le secteur du divertissement à domicile ou de la vente au détail
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail
- Expérience en tant que représentant des ventes sur le terrain
- Diplôme d'études supérieures dans une discipline connexe
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, écrite et orale
- Succès antérieur dans la formation et la motivation d'une équipe de vente pour atteindre des objectifs de performance supérieurs.
- Disponible pour voyager sur le marché. (Vous devez aimer être sur la route)

**Informations supplémentaires**:

- 40h / semaine (Mercredi à Dimanche) Quart de travail de jours
