About this team

**A day in the life**:
Lululemon is looking for an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to lead the development of creative new test methods in our fast-growing Global Product Technology Team
- Leads test strategy, planning and estimate test efforts across impacted teams and work on comprehensive test timeline, dependencies, and progress reporting. Has full accountability for the delivery of high-quality code tested each program increment.
- Utilizes knowledge of quality engineering, business, industry, and technology to incorporate process improvements and manage continuous process improvements for operations and practices.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Architecture peers, Product Development, environment Planning & Engineering, and defect management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements and assess potential risks and issues.
- Develops and maintains detailed documentation of test results and analysis, ensuring that all relevant information is readily accessible and easily understood.
- Continuously monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of testing processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the implementation of necessary changes to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and overall release delivery.
- Leads the continual advancement of automation and integration into Agile and iterative delivery methodologies, and the transformation to a quality engineering focused organization thru the One Design concept and Single Test Suite model, continuous testing / integration (CI), test phase rationalization and test case automation.
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD tooling, test automation, code review and improving the usability of CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
- Able to drive defects to closure by working with development team and unblocking test execution.
- Ability to analyse test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide recommendations for optimizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in project management using agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum, and tools such as Jira.
- Proven experience in leading multiple Quality Assurance projects/teams.
- Experience triaging/handling high pressure issues and requests.
- Expert in writing automated test suites (Database & API testing experience).
- Solid Experience with using and setting up automated testing frameworks (e.g., TestCafe).
- Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience in a retail environment/Supply Chain is preferred.
