We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Associate** to join our growing team and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets for 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a nimble, fast-paced company that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients across various industries (construction, automotive, aerospace, etc.).
- **Sales Process Management**: Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for shot blast equipment, parts, and service solutions.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, product demonstrations, and quotations to meet client needs and budgets.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- **Customer Retention**: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse client bases.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
