**Manager, Risk and Legal Affairs - Montreal Office**
Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Claims: process claims, as required; maintain records of insurance policies and claims.
- Insurance Renewal: determine proper coverage; client contracts requirements for Brokerage and Transport; broker bond; inbound custom bond; property tenant insurance; cyber insurance.
- Risk Management: perform a risk evaluation; evaluate the company’s previous handling of risks and compare potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements; explain the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders; build risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company; create business continuity plans to limit risks.
- Asset/Certifications: asset contract renewal; CTPAT, PIP, Smart way, FAST, CSA.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
**What you need to Succeed**:
- Minimum of 1 year of paralegal or related experience;
- Significant experience with contracts and corporate matters;
- Strong communication skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities;
- Entrepreneurial and highly adaptable.

**Gestionnaire, Risque et Affaires Juridiques - Bureau de Montréal**
Fuze Logistics Services est un 3PL de nouvelle génération dont le siège social est situé à Montréal et qui possède des bureaux à travers l'Amérique du Nord. Fuze Logistics Services utilise des technologies de pointe et des décennies d'expertise dans l'industrie pour faciliter le transport de marchandises à l'échelle mondiale.
**Tâches et responsabilités**:
- Contrats : mise à jour et maintenance du système de gestion des contrats de l'entreprise ; révision complète des accords de service, de non-divulgation et d'autres accords types ; examen des nouveaux contrats avec les clients, rédaction, négociation, évaluation des risques, exigences en matière d'assurance et détermination de la couverture appropriée ; examen des accords de non-divulgation, des baux et des demandes de crédit des vendeurs.
- Demandes d'indemnisation : traiter les demandes d'indemnisation, le cas échéant ; tenir les dossiers des polices d'assurance et des demandes d'indemnisation.
- Renouvellement des assurances : déterminer la couverture appropriée ; exigences des contrats clients pour le courtage et le transport ; caution des courtiers ; caution des douanes entrantes ; assurance des locataires ; cyber-assurance.
- Gestion des risques : procéder à une évaluation des risques; évaluer la gestion antérieure des risques par l'entreprise et comparer les risques potentiels avec les critères définis par l'entreprise, tels que les coûts et les exigences légales; expliquer aux parties prenantes le risque externe posé par la gouvernance d'entreprise; sensibiliser le personnel aux risques en fournissant un soutien et une formation au sein de l'entreprise ; créer des plans de continuité des activités afin de limiter les risques.
- Actifs/Certifications : renouvellement des contrats d'actifs ; CTPAT, PIP, Smart way, FAST, CSA.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches liées au travail qui lui sont confiées.
**Ce qu'il faut pour réussir**:
Au moins un an d'expérience en tant que juriste ou dans un domaine connexe ;
Expérience significative en matière de contrats et de questions d'entreprise ;
Solides compétences en communication et souci du détail ;
Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à jongler avec des priorités multiples et parfois contradictoires ;
Curiosité et désir d'assumer des mandats dans des domaines variés ;
Esprit d'entreprise et grande capacité d'adaptation.
