**Job Summary**

The role of Technology Adoption Specialist (Organizational Change Management) is to plan, develop and execute change management activities for CN’s technology projects.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Stakeholder Engagement and Change Preparation**
- Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization (Executive, I&T, end users)
- Identify impacted stakeholders
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments
- Create adoption strategy and plan
- Manage change network (Champions, Super Users)
- Liaise with other key groups at CN and externally (Support, business units, other I&T groups)

**Training**
- Conduct training needs assessments
- Develop training materials (job aids, modules, presentations)
- Conduct training sessions

**Communications**
- Develop strategic communication plans
- Develop and send communications

**Adoption**
- Work with project teams to assess stakeholder readiness and measure adoption

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years experience on large technology initiatives - digital transformations, SAP or other enterprise systems an asset;
- Ability to build, manage and facilitate the execution of change management strategies to support the people side of business transformations;
- Experience in implementing business process changes based on people, process & technology across the organization working in partnership with business units and leadership;
- Proven ability to partner cross functionally and lead/collaborate through influence
- Strong analytic and decision-making abilities; and
- Above average proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Access.

**Education/Certification/Designation**
- Bachelor degree in fields such as Organizational Behavior, Management, HR or related field
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI)

**Competencies**
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Business acumen, and the ability to communicate, business domain stakeholders and technical staff alike
- Demonstrate leadership, influence, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Fully bilingual (French and English).

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Familiarity with the principles of Agile software delivery
- Knowledge of Rail Operations a plus.
