Tokenomics Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a fair assessment of projects such as DeFi, GameFi, NFT, Metaverse and share improvements with the project team
- Assess sustainability and viability of tokenomics models based on the project’s inherent purpose, business model and the project’s long term goals
- Provide advice and support to founders on how to optimise performance and returns if necessary by providing well-informed suggestions and feedback
- Find common structures from various concrete case studies to create a more universal framework hypothesis
- Collect the necessary data and assess the reliability of the hypothesis
- Use the latest products on the leading blockchains to find emerging frontiers in each area and identify what is needed in the BNB Chain ecosystem

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or Economics (Microeconomics or Game Theory) with a strong background in understanding economic and business models
- At least 1 years of experience in fields related to economics, math, quantitative analytics, consulting, strategy, business advisory, investment banking, etc
- Professional working experience in the blockchain or web3 projects is highly preferred
- In-depth understanding of either DeFi or GameFi, or both
- Proficiency in Dune Analytics is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with many products and the ability to analyze through both experience and theory
- Prior experience in conducting deep analysis of crypto projects’ fundamentals and coming up with intelligent insights on projected returns/performance based on target deadlines, taking into account inherent assumptions and potential pitfalls
- Have strong convictions but flexible to accept new paradigms
- Business level English
- Team player
